Returns & Exchange Policy
If it’s not love at first try, don’t worry — your next Dujour romance is waiting.
Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
Customised or final-sale pieces are not eligible.
Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.
Process
Write to us at info@dujourstore.com within the return/exchange window, sharing your order details.
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested piece is unavailable, a refund will be offered.
If the product you received is defective, damaged or wrong, you must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Custom Duties and Taxes
If any import duties or taxes were applicable to your purchase, these are non-refundable.
International Clients
For our international clients, please note that returns and exchanges are not available, so we encourage you to choose with care and let your instincts (and the size guide) be your stylist.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and will be initiated within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
