Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Timelines

Domestic (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch.

International: 10–15 business days after dispatch (customs clearance may vary by country).

Shipping Charges

India: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders.

International: Calculated at checkout, reflecting destination and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment on our website or through the shipping provider’s website.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please reach out to us at info@dujourstore.com with your order number, and we will assist you in locating your package. Dujour is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, Dujour is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your shipment. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, please notify us immediately at info@dujourstore.com to correct the information. If the order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery to the corrected address.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with a photo and video of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
